We are a luxury apartments in a affluent neighborhood of Alpharetta, GA for seniors, 55+ who wants an Active Adult Living. Our target audience is between 55 years - 67 years old who may still be working or just retiring and wants a quieter (no kids) apartment community with carefree lifestyle. Emblem Alpharetta will mostly likely be their home until they are no longer able to take care of themselves. Our secondary target audience is adult children who are looking for Active Adult Community for their parents... most are females between 45 -55.
