Sellers of firms we want to buy 2. Lenders / banks we want to borrow from to acquire the companies we want to buy 3. Investors that may want to invest with us (high net worth individuals, institutions, etc.)

We chose the name "Catalyst" for its definition - a person or thing that precipitates an event or change; a substance that causes or precipitates a reaction.....its synonyms: include: stimulus, stimulation, spark, sparkplug, spur, incitement, impetus.....basically we want to invoke a feeling of movement, ignition. That if when we come to the table as a partner, great things will happen at a very rapid pace....
