Arete: Excellence of any kind and moral virtue, the mind body and soul have to each be developed to truly reach arete. This translates into skill and determination. It was believed that the mind, body and soul each had to be developed and prepared for a man to live a life of arete.
Xenia: The greek belief of guest friendship or hospitality. Friendship and support of the community (team they are a part of), showing respect and hospitality to opponents (winning and losing with grace, sportsmanship and winning or losing with honor and integrity.), and of course the way that we treat our clients, athletes and patients.
