We are “data-driven management consultants” which means we survey various audiences to understand their opinions about a company. For a hypothetical example, we could be hired by the CEO of Adobe to survey the company’s major investors, internal executives, board members, employees and users to understand their perceptions of Adobe. We would ask these groups a variety of questions, such as what are the strengths of Adobe and its software, what are the weaknesses, etc.
We are “data-driven” because we would use the data we collect from these surveys to make recommendations to the CEO of Adobe, which is unlike other management consultants who provide their recommendations based on their own opinion, not hard data.
Our methodology is utilized by companies in any sector of the marketplace, and of all sizes, from very large, multinational conglomerates to smaller firms with less than a 100 people. We primary customer is the CEO or president of those companies.
