CondoConnected.com - Real Estate Logo for Website Needed

A simple and professional logo for our upcoming website “CondoConnected.com”. The purpose of this website is to attract visitors who want to buy or sell a condo in our local area.

Simple and friendly (think web 2.0), professional, innovative and easy to remember

We are a team of real estate agents working to establish "CondoConnected.com" as the local connection between people who are interested in buying or selling a condo in our area. The website will be used to establish an online community of buyers and sellers.

The logo must be simple, friendly and professional.  We would prefer something with a web 2.0 feel.  We are also looking for something that is innovative and easy to remember... something that we can brand in our emails, presentations, business cards, etc.

Last, I should mention that we work for RE/MAX (see remax.com) and we would like the colors of our logo to match or compliment the RE/MAX theme.  Specifically, we want to use the same shade of blue as the primary color of our logo.  For additional colors, we've considered grey/white/black or even another shade of blue.  The use of red is optional but not required.  Other than that, we'll leave the colors up to you.  We are open to your ideas and suggestions.

As a potential bonus, the winner of this contest may also be hired to do additional work since our website also requires a new banner and various graphics.
