Clean, Modern, Fresh & Green Logo for a Colorado Garbage Company

We are a do it all garbage company based in Colorado. We are working on a new company branding campaign. Which means we are looking to give the companies images a complete overhaul. So we are starting with the most important piece which is our logo. When that is completed we will be moving on to a website and then company wide branding.

So the exciting part for you is you are the center of our campaign. For this to work we need a great logo. Which is why we have come to 99Designs.

We understand the logo we have is very outdated and pretty much anything will be an upgrade. I don't want to discourage any ones creativity so let it fly. But we are looking for a very sharp, modern, clean logo. We want our professionalism to stand out from our competition.

Just so everyone knows I am in charge of the project but there will be a meeting with the owners to make a final decision.

Anyone residential to commercial that needs their garbage picked up at a fair price without losing quality service. This logo will go on everything from letter head to the sides of the companies trucks and everything in between.

"Mountain View Waste Systems" is the name of the company and the tag line is "Providing the Highest Level of Service."

I would like some form of Mountains incorporated in the design.

I also wouldn't mind seeing the logo on the side of the truck picture I just uploaded. Not a must though!

I have attached the logo that we are upgrading from. Although we are looking for a modern take on this logo with a "green" feel I would also love to see ideas from outside of the box! So feel free to let your creativity run wild!

Colors: Earth tones would be best. The obvious lime green comes to mind but I am open to any thing. The company has a fleet of trucks that are already a light blue. So something that goes with that blue would help.

With the winning logo I would like a mock up/file of a letter head, business card and envelope. Also when chosen I would like the original file with the font files that were used so we can add website info and such. Will also like a black version and a white version. If this is a problem for any one please let me know!
