Chess Club needs a clean and sharp logo

I´d like a clean and sharp logo in vector format. It must look good in both colour and greyscale and also when it´s in smaller size. I haven´t still seen a nice logo in the chess world, will this be the first one that´s sharp and clean?!

Desired Color Scheme: Both colour and greyscale Desired Style: Clean and sharp Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) 1) I think there should be a chess bord, maybe distorted. The chess board has 64 squares and the lower right should always be white (if you use all of them. 2) It could be nice to add the Queen or maybe a Horse (to common) in the middle, maybe in 3D. 3) There must be the text: "ORMINGE SCHACKKLUBB". The Swedish Chess Federation has for example this logo: http://www.schack.se/bidrag/lilla_bidragshaftet.pdf 4) Try to add "2007" or/and the URL: www.ormingesk.nu, but keep it clean and sharp. 5) The shape could be round or a square, but must look good on T-shirt print, letterheads. Don´t use to many colours to make T-shirt printing and engraving of chess prizes easier. 6) Maybe there must be a logo version that´s very clean to make it easier to engrave prizes, print T-shirts and so on. And the other version a little bit more detailed for web and letterheads?
