Caregiver & Care Facilities New Company Logo

A new startup focusing on providing solutions for people in need of caregivers and/or care facilities needs a modern, and warming, comforting logo. Will end contest early if design we like is submitted. Potential $40 for 2nd place depending on designs.

Open to suggestions. Nothing too overbearing. Maybe some pastels. Will try to guide as I see designs.

Desired Style:
Sample logo links from sitepoint have been attached. Doesn't have to look like them, but just some basic ideas.

Accepted File Formats:
would prefer .png, but .jpeg, or anything compatible with Fireworks

We are looking for a logo that will determine how the whole website is going to look, feel, and flow - this includes the color scheme. We are looking to provide solutions to people in need of caregivers and/or care facilities and would like that warm, comforting feeling to reflect in the logo and colors (nothing too overbearing, but modern as well).

I would prefer any picture or image associated with the design to appear to the left of the words "Help Companion" or maybe above it will work too.

I will update this with more info and ideas as some ideas are submitted. We are very excited to get a logo, and hope to purchase from someone we can use again to design more for us.
