Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
116 + Cambridge is a brand new interior designing firm. The name 116 + Cambridge (116th Street and the city of Cambridge) represents the college addresses of the two designers. We offer high-end, sophisticated interior designing services for residential and commercial spaces. What is unique about our brand is that it caters to clients who want sophisticated, and yet unexpected spaces, no matter where they may fall on the color and design spectrum. The company consists of two partner designers - one, who leans more transitional and neutral in her designing style; the other leans more modern and vibrant. Our process consists of providing at least three design mood boards for each client: one that highlights a more neutral aesthetic, one that highlights a vibrant aesthetic, and one that is a blend of the two. While the first two boards reflect each designer's personal interpretation of a design aesthetic (transitional and neutral versus modern and vibrant), the third board reflects the perfect balance and blend of a beautifully layered space. 116 + Cambridge therefore represents where these two points of view meet - the intersection of great design.

blending and movement of the colors
We are drawn to two kinds of logos (1) something clean with simple lines with a sophisticated or clever/blended use of color OR (2) something more stylized (feminine/cursive font with swashes) and a more restrained use of color. A clever take on the intersection of the two points of view would be great.
