I want it to appeal to both men and women - I like clean and refreshing. I want it to feel trusted and appeal to other agents to come and work under the brand (or one day maybe pay a franchise fee) I will offer a service similar to this company in the USA https://www.triplemint.com/ (I also quite like their branding and simplicity) Minimal and digital feel (think Triplemint or https://www.domain.com.au/ ) I like green and black (or very dark grey) - need to avoid teh colour that Coronis did https://www.coronis.com.au/) - thor brand is also quite nice (except the awful shade of green) Thinking a modern clean font - Sans Serif - like Averta Please ensure you avoid the construction look - ie we're not builders we sell and list property only!

Logo design for a real estate company located in a beautiful Caribbean scenery

A very special logo design project for Carrillo Realty Group for which I had an extended team: the owners of the company that are super creative and gave me the idea of incorporating the key with the building silhouettes and the subtle C shape into the name. The icon is meant to reference the natural beauty of Belize and the amazing Caribbean colors and unique charm. Combined with the “key” element and the elegant, sophisticated serif font, the logo says a lot about the business itself.
