New Brand with Attitude!

MSPSN is in need of a brand new logo design to kick off the re-design of our corporate branding and image. The new logo will lead the way into our marketing material re-design and our web portal re-design and is an important first step in our mission to "brand with attitude."

What we need: MSPSN needs a new logo that will reflect our style and our attitude.

MSPSN needs a new look. We started one year ago with the idea of building a global community of business owners who operate Information Technology (IT) services companies. MSPSN provides a web portal for collaboration, live and web based training, and services to help them run their businesses better.

We are the little guy in the marketplace. We need a corporate brand, starting with this logo that will be the proverbial rock that David used to knock Goliath out. We’re a small company but we’ve got attitude and we want to express our attitude in our branding.

Our target market is small IT services business owners. Our look should be high tech, fun, sassy, and friendly. Our customers look to us for guidance and expertise in building their businesses so we need to look like we know what we’re doing.

What we do (standard marketing messaging): MSPSN provides the framework for the Managed Services Provider (MSP) Community to communicate and collaborate, the training and guidance in mastering the MSP business model, and the tools to manage and build their businesses. We are a Global Community of SMB focused MSP's who collaborate with each other for support and solution delivery. We provide business model training, sales support, marketing support, group buying power, fulfillment services, and a Community with which to work and grow.

I don't necessarily have an idea of what the logo must have.  I am partial to "shapes" that give a sense of "something" whatever it is that is trying to be communicated.  For example the Nike "swoosh."

The main thing I want is to communicate our style, our attitude:  fun, sassy, friendly, hard working, forward motion, creative...

I'll want the logo file in AI and .JPEG formats

Again, I don't necessarily have an idea of what exactly I want, so therefore, don't know exactly what I don't want.
