Aurora Fitness & Massage is a boutique personal training, exercise physiology and sports/remedial massage clinic. We pride ourselves on our individual care and focus, on having the highest qualified and experienced practitioners and being based in science and medicine rather than the latest fads. Our exercise sessions are either one-on-one or two-on-one, so that we maintain our individual focus. Our clients are a split of male and female
We have two target markets:
1. the fit, active and image conscious late 20s/30 somethings who have reasonable disposable income and see our services as a necessity in their active lives including recreational and professional athletes.
2. The health and image conscious over 50s who have high disposable income and see our services as a necessity to maintain health and keep doing the things they love doing like travelling and looking after grandkids.
