By promoting holistic stress awareness as well as stress coping abilities, we aim to assist in the prevention and management of stress related chronic diseases, as well as support those in times of transition and change. VeraBloom Wellness’ target market comprises middle aged clients with some level of stress awareness looking to find holistic and integrative approaches for managing and transforming the tension and strain that has become an unwanted, yet persistent, aspect of their lives. They already notice or feel at least some of the side effects of stress including fatigue or exhaustion, trouble sleeping or sleeping to much, muscle tension, jaw clenching, stomach or digestive problems, chest pain or a feeling like their heart is racing, bodily aches and pains, high blood pressure, racing thoughts, frequent negative thoughts, problems with concentration and memory, relationship troubles, lack of purpose and/or feelings of anger, irritability, hopelessness, restlessness, overwhelm, worry, and anxiousness. They also may need to learn how to best manage a chronic stress related health condition such as cardiovascular dysfunctions, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune syndromes and mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety disorders. They know they are struggling, that it's hard to make changes alone, and are looking for clear cut, individualized support as they seek relief. They want to explore their barriers to change, and begin to implement new patterns. They place high value on quality of life, health, finding individual peace within themselves and amongst those they deem important in their lives. They are wanting to prioritize feeling better again in order to live a life where they are thriving, not just surviving. They may long for a sense of purpose. Average household income is around 100,000-200,000 a year. Education level is a college degree or higher. They enjoy music, moving their bodies, tasty healthy food, and time with loved ones. They are specifically curious about alternative stress management techniques and various holistic health resources and ultimately seek to feel reconnected and restored to greater peace, balance, clarity and wholeness.
