This is the first stage for our rebrand. We are looking for a logo to be used on all of our marketing material including Business Cards, Letterheads, Website and Compliment slips etc. We are looking for a stylish modern logo that represents our company as a vibrant, classy, professional property development firm

The logo is to contain the words Antera Developments LLP. Style and font is left entirely to your own interpretation however the Antera is to be more prominant than Developments LLP.

Our company works in the UK & Overseas Investment Property sector and so needs a stylish, contemporary logo which portrays a young, vibrant company.

We are open to your suggestions and please be aware the next contest will be to use the logo, and design letterheads, business cards and a Flier template

Once we have that we are looking for someone in another competition to design us a website template using the logo and colour schemes already designed.

It would be usefull if one person can do all - however this is not essential - we are looking for the design which best sums up what we are about.

Here is a brief summary outlining our company ethos:-

- We bulk buy new build properties and negoitiate otherwise unattainable discounts for our investors. We also develop our own projects. Our aim is to help our clients to build a property portfolio. We deal with both novice and experienced investors.
