This is the 2022 annual theme for the employees of a commercial construction/development company. It needs to complement the corporate branding overall (as seen on neyer.com) but it will be used for internal use only and can have more of a fun, creative feel.

I'm attaching our company's logo for reference, but this does not have to be included in the theme logo. This shows our brand identity. We can play into the retro/tattoo-artist/script handwriting theme with this annual theme logo. Also attaching some examples but don't feel limited by these.
