How andrew.fondak started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Internal project logo for Anheuser-Busch (Bud Light, Budweiser, etc.). Project is to promote an internal tool the company uses to allocate media dollars effectively. R.O.S.A. stands for Reach Optimized Spend Allocator. We are taking disparate data from a ton of sources and combining them together into a single data analytics platform to perform statistical modeling on top of. We are providing actionable and tangible recommendations on how to allocate our media budget optimally across brands, people, geographies, and channels (FB, Twitter, TV, Print, etc.) based on all the data inputs.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Food & Drink
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The representation of connecting different points together in a visually pleasing way
I like the minimalist and literal nature of the logo
Geometric design makes the logo feel like a statistical model
creating a non linear logo with angular objects
Logo with defined border
I like the pixelation turning into a defined shape (visualizing many items turning into 1)
Hard border and defined "sticker" quality
Using many smaller shapes to show a larger picture
Solid logo (similar to the example logos provided)
Update: We have seen enough logos where the main element is the word ROSA with an eagle incorporated into a letter. There are already front runners in this type of design. I would encourage any new submissions to think about the distributor logos attached to the ROSA Logo Brief and looking at recent packaging like our Budweiser Discovery Reserve to get more of an image centric logo.
The ask is to keep with the red and gold colors of our Anheuser-Busch Eagle. Also, incorporating the Eagle in the logo is necessary (a lot of company culture and pride is attributed to the Eagle). The biggest idea of this project is bringing together tons of data and making a single source of truth out of it. Visualizing that in the logo combined with the Eagle should be powerful. First thought is tech forward design (data analytics), but creativity plays a big part in what we do (media, ads, tv commercial, etc.).
