AIIR Consulting is a global executive coaching firm dedicated to building amazing leaders. Earlier this year, we proposed a significant shift in our business model – incorporating a social responsibility component into the core of our business. Inspired by brands like Tom’s https://www.toms.com/ and McKinsey https://www.mckinsey.com/about-us/social-responsibility, we saw an opportunity to leverage the talent and expertise that create impact for our corporate clients to also make a positive impact on the world through working with non-profit entity's. Additionally, this is an opportunity for our clients to know that when you partner with AIIR, you directly support our work with the non-profit community. So, Elevate Project was born. The Elevate Project connects world-class executive coaches with leaders from service-based organizations, granting them access pro-bono coaching and consulting services that amplify their efforts to make the world a better place. The audience here is multilayered. We are, of course, thinking about members of the organizations that we seek to help. At the same time, we want to connect with our customers, which are Fortune 500 talent professionals and executives. We see those two groups as deeply interconnected and we want them both to feel our genuine desire to drive social impact by helping to develop great leadership. We are also thinking about our coaches and internal team and want the Elevate Project brand to inspire them to participate.

Hi Designers. We're looking forward to seeing your designs! One thing I want to impress upon all of you is that this is a logo that we want people to look at and feel really good. We believe that through the elevate project, we are elevating others- helping them become the very best they can be. This helps the world. Therefore, think aspirational and 'aiming high'. Mountain/s (see AIIR Brand information attachment) could be a really useful way to capture this visually, though I'm certainly not fixed on that.
