Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Small firm legal services including estate planning (preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts etc), probate and estate administration after someone has died, and elder law (Planning for long term care such as in a nursing home, protecting assets, advising families, guardianships). All very emotional and persona; at times of family stress or planning, but all about financial security too. We offer empathy, trust, answers and information, assurance and peace of mind. New clients say, at the end of a meeting, Thank you, I feel better now. Target market includes elderly, their adult children who might call when parents need help, and adults of all ages (including younger families) for Wills etc. Potential clients value experience but also availability and access, as well as timely service and are cost conscious too.

Would like it to be more dignified than crassly commercial. I like an abstract design that refers to the goal or function. For example, a competitor has a logo that reminds me of a river, like the river of Life. A drug and alcohol rehab has a logo that implies 12 steps.
