Looking for a modern and fine design for private commercial and industrial clients

My target audience is mostly commercial and industrial clients, usually medium to high end private transactions. We source and provide consultation for importing/exporting products, business development and project management.

I would like the design to be modern, realistic and simple. **Many recent designs look like signatures, please try not to make it look like a signature; also the brief is here for reference, if you can think of something better, I will gladly consider it** The last picture I have attached is my favorite one and really how I envision it. The arrow head splits in 2, one as the letter C for Centaus and the other side into the letter M for Maurus. The CM should be able to be a standalone logo and able to be combined into Centaus Maurus all spelled out or logo with Centaus Maurus next to each other (above and below). I am looking at the arrow to be golden orange with or without a metal finish (like the Adelbruner or Komsetische picture attached) and possibly the text as well, with a black or white background. I am looking to use a logo only made of initials and to have a logo with the rest of the text, as if it is a completion of the logo only; it should look normal with or without text. ie: CM, logo Centaus Maurus, logo + text [Side note] The idea of the Arrow is from the word Centaurus, which means Centaur in Latin; I have split Centaurus in 2 by making Centaus and Maurus, describing the division of Human (rational and sophisticated) and Horse (wild aspect) from the Centaur. The letter C and M are also the first letters of my name.
