I am an Executive, Life and Wellbeing Coach. I host Wellbeing Retreats, one to one and group coaching across diverse business, public and non-profit platforms. Target audiences: Executives, leaders and teams navigating uncharted territories and conflict in the workplace Women in career transition or retirement seeking answers to "Now what?" Women at all ages and stages seeking strategies for greater wellbeing as they navigate work and/or caregiving responsibilities
