We have experimented with interlocking L shapes but are not wedded to this design yet so feel free to improve on it or try something different. Please no plants/leaves etc - this is medical biotech. Regarding colours - this is a sister business to www.wave.com.au - we would like to use the same 4 colours for consistency. I will include screen shots of the colours (wave logo and "making a difference" text.
