About us
My Noble Fitness is a personal training business and gym. The target audience is men and women (ages 21-65) who want to do CrossFit style training in a gym/group setting, in a one on one setting, or remote setting. I'm a California native and getting my master's degree in Kinesiology. I want to seem friendly, fun, welcoming and competent.
