Video landing page (financial planning / insurance)

I am a financial planner and insurance broker in Germany. Me and a couple colleagues are working on an online marketing strategy to compete agains the big German "players". To generate online-leads we would like to work with video-landing-pages. We don't see a great chance in SEO so visitors come from social media marketing and adwords.

modern, appealing, timeless (colors und design), clear (structure)

I'm looking for a landing page design for financial and insurance topics. Goal of the page is to generate leads. Visitors come through ad-words and facebook-ads, watch a 90-seconds video to get teased to contact a consultant through phone call or online contact form.

I prefer having one design for different topics so the design should be timeless and modern (for example like it is in the sales-stories-online page).

I want to share the landing page with colleagues so I do NOT need the landing page in my CD. So you're free to use the colors and design of your choice.

The page should consist of a title, the video, contact information (name of company, name of consultant, phone number), contact form and link to impressum.

Sorry for my poor English. I just wanted to reach as many designers as possible.
