Accounting & Financial
We incorporate companies for entrepreneurs who like to grow internationally. So we assist non-European entrepreneurs to establish a company in Europe, and provide the consultancy that is required for. Our new platform should automate this process as much as possible and provide a Library/FAQ etc for our leads so they can get informed through our 'platform' / website. see incobusinessgroup.com, imb2017.com we dont have a design yet for our platform. THis current assigment is focused on just a part of the platform, which will be a FORM to basically qualify the lead (and his requirements/background, etc.) during the sales stage. We consider this to be an MVP before we develop the full platform for which we will need designs as well (although we already have clear ideas on that). We will need quit some designing for all the forms we have in the pipeline, because each question should show icons/animations etc as much as possible to make it fun and easy to complete the forms.
UPDATED: See new attachments for my latest instructions. The ' landing page' will be a 1 screen-size, which should not require any scrolling down. The landing page is the start of a Questionnaire/Survey or an ORDER FORM, which will be used as a kind of Customer Service Tool. We are NOT looking for a new version of our website or the website where people can apply for our event (imb2017.com). We are not looking for a standard Landing Page, and don' t bother sending the typical ' templates' IncoDesk will be kind of a Customer Service Library/Support page, which primary focus (in the current assignment) is the FORM. So there will be multiple screens (1-3 questions per screen), and the goal is that the lead completed the full FORM. Thats the goal. Visitors will enter the Landing page, once they clicked on the link in our email (after registering to our website before). The goal of the form, is in many cases, to do an intake of the entrepreneur (his background, his requirements, etc etc). Here you find 1 example intakes: http://firstname.lastname@example.org&phone=0620807028&type=Entrepreneur&country=Netherlands&utm_source=ActiveCampaign&utm_medium=email&utm_content=INCO+Event+-+finish+registration&utm_campaign=Resend+intake+form So when it comes to the CONTENT of the intake form. You can just use some DUMMY questions/text. There should be some blocks, header menu/footer menu, similar to this layout: https://www.belastingdienst-ondernemerscheck.nl/check/continuiteit/8/ However, I think this page is too big, and it should fit in 1 normal desktop screen. It should have the focus on the form, however there should also be room for explanatory texts (about the question) and links to relevant subjects etc. We are looking to create an EXTENSION for this, so once visitors have completed a contact form, material.io guidelines (google) . Blue is also present in our current 'platform' designs
Elements to include in the landing page
The Landing Page will basically be a (gravity) Form, in which we do an intake. And there will be references to articles and brochures, and/or links to related info pages concerning the questions we ask on that specific page.
example of pending intake form: http://imb2017.com/intake-form/?ref_name=John+Herzner&country=Germany&phone=01237843&email=test%40google.com#gf_11....current layout of how the Platform itself could look like: http://184.108.40.206/~inco/dashboard02/ Which will be a collection of forms, and personal data (basically also in form)
