Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Site is designed to capture prospect information in exchange for access to a video that we promote through mail, radio, and television advertising. Once video is accessed emails are automatically sent with further information.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the landing page?
We want this to be a bit edgy and dramatic (to grab attention) with a top page that says "Stop the Insanity!" when they first arrive. Below is a mock up produced through wix as a rough example

Elements to include in the landing page
We want to capture first name and email address. Also will need a captcha code of some type to keep the robots away. Video area with still picture and brief information below. Will then need ability to have form emails sent automatically

Yes, we have our first ad coming out in a week and will be making this decision quickly to have it up and live in time.
