Comrade Squat strength training program
The program is based on Soviet papers, training and competition routines. This has been a passion for close to two years spent collecting and collating original literature, notes, research and making adjustments for recent findings.
The product focuses primarily on intermediate and advanced programming for one exercise: squats (specifically, back squats). Complementary benchpress and deadlift routines are also included.
Additional materials will include technique, safety and equipment information, personalized workout sheets with pre-calculated weights (in kg/pounds) and competitive lifting information.
The program targeting experienced lifters predicts max weight lifted to increase by up to 30kg in three months.
The back end offering is 1) for athletes with less lifting experience: steps to get to a point where original program or a modified version can be safely and effectively used and 2) ease-in cycle of two weeks to get ready for the program.
