We are a boutique investment bank that is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions. Our clientele generally consists of closely held businesses with revenues from $10 million - $500 million. We consider our business to be very personal as we are very passionate about helping business owners to maximize their achievement. With this project in particular, we are looking for those interested in business valuations (mainly 409a valuations which helps set the price for stock options). These business valuations are generally done for three different overarching purposes: strategic advisory, tax reporting, and financial reporting.

We are open to ideas but we would like a landing page that is clean and professionally designed to drive conversions. There should be a distinct call to action with emphasis placed on the phone number over the form fill as we want the main focus on this landing page to be around the phone number and value propositions. Color theme: black, blue, white (but open to other colors as long as it looks clean and professional)

Feature a call to action, emphasized phone number, form fill (not a priority on the page), space to feature the four team members (not emphasized but listed somewhere) The page will most likely need to be organized around the 3 value propositions listed in the background information.
