Olivier has a great eye for type and layout, and that means your self-published book can look ever better than a traditionally published book. Olivier is professional, good at taking on a challenge, and very accurate. I would definitely work with him again. -- Gretchen Baskerville

Elements to include in the infographic
We are hoping to create a gauge image using Mercer's colors. One of our findings uncovered that it's not that women lack confidence, rather they are more likely to act when they are more certain of success. The outer rim of the gauge would read "courage to take action" and the gauge needle would read "certainty of success." The gauge needle would move between the different possible outcomes like possible, probable, certain and guaranteed. While we don't need the needle to be animated to move around the gauge we would like to reflect some sort of movement to illustrate the needle could move. This image idea that we are creating is still a work in progress so we would like the ability to later change the wording on the rim, needle and gauge meters as the idea evolves.
Next to the words, we would also like % - ie 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%
possible 20% , probable 40% , certain 60% and guaranteed 80%
