Story to tell in the infographic
The main story rests on showing that our investment vehicle offers the exceptional security of both Fortune 500 corporation and US Government guaranteed lease cash flows and 100% investor owned real estate. In more layman terms, we buy properties that large companies such as Walmart, McDonalds, and Starbucks use to operate their stores. We then rent those properties back to those same companies on long term rental contracts. Our investors benefit from the money generated each month from rent, and after a few years they benefit from the sale of and appreciation of the actual property. Investors get guaranteed cash flow from tenants who have great credit and then benefit from the sale of the property at the end. In addition, the rental agreements with the tenants are created in a special way that requires the tenant to pay any maintenance and repair costs. The only real consideration that an investor needs to make is if they are comfortable locking in their money to own part of a property for approximately 5 years (otherwise known as low liquidity). Compared to other investments in the market available to people today, we bring extremely low risk and amazingly high returns. IMPORTANT: Please feel free to adapt the design model and elements specifically described above at your discretion if you understand what we are trying to communicate with our info-graphic. We are not married to the tree or the theme, merely our story.
Data to include in the infographic
Tree Branches (name, ROI) **Listed in order of RISK ----------------------------- 5 Year US Bonds, 0.96% US Equity, 1.54% 10 Year US Bond, 1.77% CAN Equities, 2.57% NLF, 10.5% (this is us) INT Equities, 2.78% Investment Grade Debt, 3.14% High Dividend Equities, 4.71% REITs, 4.33% Preferred Stock, 4.72% High Yield Debt, 5.84% Emerging Markets Debt, 6.74%
Elements to include in the infographic
The core image we imagine to be a tree, where the branches of the tree each represent an investment vehicle. Each vehicle has a return on investment (roi) and a risk factor, we see these pictured as fullness of the leaves on that branch and distance to the ground respectively. Note: A note on one of the dotted distances to the ground so viewers understand could be: Watch your Step! High Return = High Risk! As our logo and name include a hummingbird, and the investment vehicle we have (NLF) is real estate backed, we pictured having a bird house in the leaf area where NLF is represented. Thinking of having NLF at the bottom far right of the tree with the biggest fruit, perhaps a single thick forked trunk to show we have the biggest return and respectively low risk. The branch for NLF should be very thick and have FORTUNE 500 etched into it. Separately, at the base of the tree we have included a teeter-totter (see-saw) with our product NLF (or in the attached image it reads REIL) on the high side, and BOND on the low side. The character sitting on the NLF side of the teeter totter is wearing a seatbelt while the bond character is not. The caption for the teeter totter will be provided at a later date . The seatbelt represents the lower liquidity of the NLF vehicle. Final: As the infographic is presented we will add in smaller pieces into the story.
