I owe a VERY luxurious high-end aesthetic clinic called VISAGE (non-surgical MedSpa and Surgical plastic surgery) in the POSH neighbourhood YORKVILLE, in Toronto. It is on the exclusive street Hazelton Ave. my website: www.visageclinic.com This current project is to promote our high-end Med Spa and should reflex elegance, beauty, richness and luxury. Looking for 1 SUPER-HIGH-END SKETCH designs... and then, on a one-to-one project, a few additional simpler illustration Art Deco-style, luxury ad, as done in the past by the Mark Hotel in NYC (pic attached) but also done by Hermes, Chanel, etc. Think NYC and Cannes in the 30s. I need those sketches for a rectangular horizontal poster ad and for a 2-page magasine ad. The sketches have to look rich... but I also like vibrant colours. FYI, Visage's website colours and fonts are: Although in the sketch the font is not as important, I would like to find some of our colours in the sketches. Fonts: . Allura . Gill Sans Hex Color Codes: . Orange: f37d2f . Grey: 817f80 The 2 sketches will be used now for a 2-page spread in a magasine - DIMENSIONS - 370mm wide x 241mm deep, + 3mm bleed. (FYI, I don't want one image sprawling to the other side, too much gets lost in the middle... so lets plan 2 page, separate) AND for a horizontal rectangular poster ad (dimensions view: 73in wide x 53in tall, Trim: 75in x 55in tall) The first sketch will take the entire left page of the magasine and the left side of the poster ad. The second sketch will take the upper half or so of the right side of the poster add and the upper half of page 2 in the magasine ad. We are looking for 5 sketches, all to be used in both ads, different layout. The first sketch is on its own, the others ones will be used independently but I want also one sketch with 3 together, integrated. Everything should be in tiff, eps, jpeg or pdf format, resized to size specifications SKETCHES: It is MOSTLY to make people aware of our luxury medspa - competing with Four-Seasons, and other high-end spas. Promoting Biologique Recherche and Forlle'd (French and Japanese advanced and high-end, luxurious skin care) We like the luxurious aspect of the Mark Hotel ad, attached, kind of a drawing of the hotel facade. Remind us of old style Art Deco luxury. Chanel does it, The Mark hotel in NYC, HERMES too. See attached the Mark Hotel sketch, as it reflects what we have in mind for our first sketch. We could ALSO have 1 pic of our medspa area, with blow-up and easily readable, 1 pic of BR skin care and one of Forlle'd skin care. I am thinking white background? unless you suggest something else. I want bright rich colours 1.SKETCH #1 In a similar way at the mark Hotel, attached. Our building's facade, but taller than Mark's. Pics of my building, attached. I want it facing 100%, square-on, for a more modern look, but sending various angles of the building I own the 2 first floors but would like your drawing to show more of its height, with some sort of blurry tops to show the building its taller, grander. Luscious trees - much more luscious than the ones you see in the pictures (see attached pic) - and the main window (see below) is the one between the 2 black doors; window in your sketch should be bigger, and the central tree removed so we can draw what is important inside the window (see below). 2 thin elegant ladies, in dresses, walking together, one with a Hermes orange bag, the other one with a Tiffany green bag. Ladies with hat, glove, scarfs, etc., perhaps, both wearing red-heeled shoes - (thinking Louboutin)..., each with a small greyhound dog (whippets size, one dark brown, one fawn-beige colour - pics attached) One younger man, early 40's, elegantly dressed but sexy, carrying a painting (as in the Mark Hotel, but different portrait) Other people IF you need to fill up a space. An expansive car (or part of it), perhaps Rolls-Royce Make sure our VISAGE dark sign by the door shows a bit on the side of our wall, as per pic. Clear elegant street sign: "Hazelton Ave, Yorkville" In the central window of my office (please remove the tree in front of the window in your drawings, the window between the 2 trees) - and feel free to make the first floor "taller" on your sketch to accommodate the info - again I own the 2 first floor so those should show, and a bit more, as per space you have, with blurry tops to show it is a bigger building; also make the window much bigger to accommodate the visual infos below Should see my logo in the window (see pics of my reception area) rich full FLOWERS in a vase, either besides the logo OR in behind the window, lower. Under VISAGE logo, clearly readable (yet the writing is not in the current real display): [MEDUSA VISAGE LOGO] Beauty Ambassy MedSpa, Lasers and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Pics attached of my windows at Christmas... for ideas. But I don't want Xmas theme... should be a low vase and lower luscious flowers so we can see the logo above. 2. SKETCH #2, 3, 4 and then all together (called #5) - we can do this one on a one-to-on project Would be for TOP of the page 2 of the magasine and for the the right side, UPPER part of the rectangular horizontal poster. Planning some text below this sketch. I am thinking one sketch of the spa area, one sketch of each of the 2 star products, one of a lady receiving treatment... and then all 3 together, superimposed, the spa sketch being in the background a pic of a lady having treatment, attached 2 examples, should show again hi-end elegant treatment, luscious towels, (perhaps VISAGE written on the towels, subtle) and perhaps flowers in the background, luscious, in a vase; should see the hands over her, as in the pic. Client should look relaxed, peaceful and happy. But I would prefer a more front view of the client's face... and our star products, clearly written their names on your sketch (no need for other writings on them. Forlle'd is a glass jar, FYI. should be readable: French Biologique Recherche (could 1, 2 3 lines, as it fits) Japanese Forlle'd Platinum (1 or 2 lines is fine) #5 sketch: Thinking we can blend the 3 together, the lady having treatment and the 2 products being KEY parts, and the spa pic being in the backgrounds and parts can be hidden. That being said, would I be able to get the sketches ALSO separately of the lady having treatment and of the 2 products (to be used separately as well). 2 pics are tiff I believe and let me know if you cannot open them up.
