RemyArt had an immense talent for bringing my vision to life. He was patient, kind, and incredibly hardworking, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. His design was precise, original, and showcased a thorough understanding of necessary detail and scope. He did additional research to supplement his design and really make it feel authentic (a medieval-style map). I would work with RemyArt again in a heartbeat. It was a joy collaborating with him, and I could not recommend him more highly.

Fantastic job. Will hire again.
- Life Kung-Fu
Life Kung-Fu was absolutely amazing. He has a great eye for style, and his design was extremely sophisticated and professional. He also went far and above the mere minimum needed to make the design satisfactory, and worked with me diligently (and provided multiple versions and iterations), until it was perfect. I highly recommend him, and hope to work with him again in the future.

I'm seeking an illustration for my upcoming horror novel, A Dream of Darkness. Set in a fictional medieval world, the story features an ominous tone, a collision of the supernatural and the everyday, and the suffocating effects of isolation upon a community. I'm in need of a detailed map to include at the beginning of the book that will showcase the fictional town/valley in which the story takes place.
I'm looking for something in the vein of the maps found in "Eragon," "An Ember in the Ashes," "The Lord of the Rings," and other novels. However, I don't want it to be too formal or "stiff" (as LOTR's seems to be), but also don't want it to be too cartoony either. Ideally, it would be crisp and detailed, but also align with the ominous/horror tone of the novel. Black and white.
