We are an alliance of patients and health care providers working together to improve the lives of people living with migraine and other headache disorders in Canada. The Five Pillars of Migraine Canada Awareness: raise awareness of the public on the nature and impact of migraine and headache disorders Education: provide accurate and reliable information on migraine and headache disorders to patients, their families and social network Support: through information and sharing, decrease stigma and provide support Advocacy: collaborate with institutions and governments to improve access to care Research: collaborate with researchers to increase knowledge on migraine and headache disorders, especially in Canada

We want to illustrate this complexity to the patients so that they take better actions to lower the migraine attack rate, severity or duration.

This illustration will be inserted on a 2 pages PDF Handout that we will distribute to Migraine Sufferers . Demographic: 70%women aged 20-65. We may work with the winning candidate on future 1-on-1 projects for additional 9-14 illustrations for other PDF Handouts. These Handouts will be distributed through Headache Clinics and on Migraine Canada's website. migrainecanada.org
