The design is very clear and fits our purpose. The designer has been very responsive and reverted quickly with corrections when asked to. He could improve a bit on the attention to details.
Great, thanks !
Nice & Sharp designs, friendly & fast
Clicky has been very patient with me. My explanations were apparently not always as easy to understand as I though.

We submitted a contest for a logo for our startup coffee company. Nyf followed our brief well from the start, took our suggestions, and made perfect refinements to give us our final design. Nyf's communication was quick and responsive.

POLift (short for Progressive Overload Lifting) is an app that helps people track their weightlifting workouts. It includes a rest timer, plate math calculator, and a built-in mechanism for increasing the weight over time (progressive overload).
The target audience is young men that mainly lift with dumbbells and barbells.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I don't want an icon depicting any exercise unless it's a deadlift.
It would be great if progression over time is depicted somehow, perhaps in a line chart trending upwards, but this isn't required.
The icon I'm using temporarily for my is just a dark gray dumbbell tilted up and to the right with a black background. I want an icon that looks a bit more polished, professional, and doesn't look like it was made in MS paint. I attached my old icon.
