We make software that helps hospitals defend themselves against Medicare (or insurance companies) when they decide (after the fact) that they don't want to pay because they say the work the hospital did wasn't necessary. We "defend" the hospital against losing their payments for "in"patients (patients who are "in" the hospital.)

The art should imply that this product has strength, that this product can make a good "defense" (but not by muscles or physical strength.) The clients are hospitals. The "work" the software does is like legal paperwork, solving the large burden of complex, difficult, and very expensive audits. This product is a "guard" a "barrier" enabling the hospitals to do their good work without so much government interference. It must be sophisticated, as all the interested parties are highly educated. It would be nice to imply "life-saving" for the hospitals, the way hospitals are "life-saving" for patients. You can be completely creative except must be sophisticated.
