What's your vision?

I am wanting a team logo. We are a sales team of 13 people and we sell drugs to Dr's in Sydney Australia. Our team name is the 'Southern Stars' as we are the New South Wales South sales force. We have a balance of men and women in the team

I have attached the team logo I had made from this web site 2 years ago. I would like it to have a similar theme but also be unique.
