App Icon for Cholesterol Database for different kinds of food (iOS and Android App)

We are a company currently building an Android & iOS app to help people eat food with less cholesterol: - high cholesterol is when you have too much of a fatty substance called cholesterol in your blood - it's mainly caused by eating fatty food or not doing enough sports - you can lower your cholesterol by eating healthily and staying fit. The app will provide a list of food and will show the cholsterol content of each food (e.g. Ricotta Cheese [some value here] mg). See screenshot for detail, the cholesterol values are not correct and only to showcase the app) Later on the app might also help the users to get more exercise or loss weight. For our app we are searching for an App Icon (iOS & Android) for the home screen. It should also be possible to easily convert it later on and use it on a splash screen as well.
