Are you Tech Enough? Need help designing a Tech WP Site

We are a small company that manages technology solutions for small businesses. Essentially, we design WAN networks, voice over IP solutions, both new and existing telephone systems. We also manage network security, and consulting work for companies that don't have their own IT staffs.

Struggling small business owners who are getting ripped off from traditional computer service companies. We are different in that we have expertise in network designs. We don't maintain computers, but we do build and maintain networks, security, and voice services. We simplify technology for small business owners.

We have a minimal presence now at our web address. Our goal is to create a stunning visual WP site, but also maintaining simplicity for our users. It is ESSENTIAL that we don't get too tech oriented, as our customers come to us already struggling to understand technology. We manage dealing with the internet companies and phones.. we take the pain out of dealing with the big companies.

1. Need a place for customers to make an appointment to analyze a network.
2. Must communicate that we manage voice, and data networks, security for small businesses who struggle with this pain point
3. Need a place to file online trouble tickets (this may be an additional plugin for WP, not sure what's available).
4. Place for blogging for existing users.
5. integrate with all social media sites, share any article we might publish.
