What's your vision?
We are creating a new website for Kompass Nederland. Since we want this to be as crisp, clean, modern as possible, we want to use good, unique icons as eyecachers for the various subjects we are discussing. We will use these icons for articles in our newsletter as well as for the different products. KEYWORDS FOR LOOK&FEEL - web 2.0 - clean & simple - business but modern and a bit playful - confidence - not squared but ‘individual’ icons (see attachement ‘example color icons’ for example) SPECIFICATIONS -All icons should relate to each other and be consistent in both style & color. - Icons should be able to be used on website - 114x114 pixels, delivered as psd and giff files. In the attachement ‘example grey icons’ these grey icons will be used for functionalities of the website. The created icons should be in the same style as these, but in color and more dynamic. THE ICONS NEEDED: 1. Telephone (telemarketing) 2. Email 3. Database 4. Contact 5. Globe 6. Calendar 7. Newspaper 8. Order here 9. Graph 10. B2B networking 11. Export 12. Purchasing 13. Sales/conversion 14. Finance 15. Government 16. Marketing 17. Media/ internet 18. Industry 19. E-commerce 20. Info 21. Notes Some icons (eg sales or b2b networking) don’t have to be taken literal, the icon doesn’t have to be too obvious and literally say/shout ‘sales’.. please use your imagination how to illustrate these activities. EXAMPLES You could use in the attachement ‘example color icons’ as a guideline. As you can see in attachements 'generating leads page', the rest of the website will be more static, business, so the icons should liven it up a bit. Target group: mostly industry B2B we want to attract the younger business generation, but not scare off the older / more traditional generation. You could be asking yourself: why not use the icons in the example? Because we need more specific icons, which a lot of ready-to-buy- packages don’t have, and we need them all consistent in style.
