About us

Lange, Poteet & Co., LLP is a CPA firm. We are a higher end accounting firm in San Antonio, Texas serving mainly wealthier clients & professionals. Concentrations in Mineral Owners, Ranchers, Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, and Consultants. Also serve as a family office to wealthy clients. Current website is LPCPA.com for more info. Firm in current structure since July 1, 1967. We have just acquired the domain LP.cpa and will be moving website, emails, etc to the new domain. No prior branding or logo. Ideal branding would provide a logo or icon that can stand with or without firm name, a font style for firm name, and a color palate.

I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand. Over our long history we have been referred to as LP, LPCO, LP&Co, LPCPA. We are probably looking to emphasize the LP and the CPA and not so much looking to emphasize the & Co. Part as our online presence (domains) never included the Co. Domains include the LPCPA.com, LangePoteet.com, LP.cpa, and LangePoteet.cpa. We desire to unify under this new LP.cpa for all purposes including, web, email, and branding. We have literally no experience in brand identity.

Majestic and proud, this simple lion design for marketing company was spot on. Client loved the atitude captured in minimal design while rustic looking lettering provided nice balance to whole logo. Inverted white version turned out realy neat as well, love it!

Therefore this minimalistic design is based on universally recognizable graph bars, yet it is done in modern isometric style and with compact unique layout that provides depth making it stand out in market saturated with generic design.

Abstract & minimalistic logo

Minimalistic logo for a business management app, aimed for the independent contractors & small businesses. Silex translates as flint stone, and name is chosen for its relation to one of the first human tools. In regards to that backstory there is more than meets the eye in this simple design where geometry of a circle and square features a spark in negative space. Icon is paired with customised lettering, and because big portion of app will deal with finnance, company name is designed to look like graph bars.

Proudly presenting monogram logo, part of branding package I just finished for financial company. We settled with modern lineart lettering in which I tried to present "positive asymetry" concept, arround which company name is build on native language. Awesome project and we are both very happy with outcome!
