Real Estate Brokerage. We are a long established and reputable company who assist the general public in buying and selling homes, land and commercial property. Our target audience is adults generally 30+ but includes a large segment of population who are seniors. The area is very scenic with mountains, trees and creeks and relatively conservative but includes a growing diverse population of young rock climbers and active seniors purchasing a 2nd home.

A third small accent color could be incorporated to enchance the design but the primary colors should be blue or shades of blue and white. Gray could also be used. Accent color such a red or aqua could be used in a small detail.

The most important use of our logo is for our “For Sale” sign (approx. 22”x24”) placed in a client’s front yard. Our logo and company name should be very visible from a distance, easy to read and simple. We are trending towards a clean, modern and simple logo and font but also want something that will be somewhat timeless – not overly trendy.
We are currently a Coldwell Banker office but moving away from that franchise and need a new logo for our longstanding company but now with a new name. The use of the blue color(s) should give the public a sense of familiarity with our former Coldwell Banker branding (I am uploading the old sign so you can). We also want it to be unique and different from our current competitors’ logos and colors. We only have a few competitors in our small market and I am uploading pictures of their signs. They predominately use images of mountains in their logos as they are very representative of the area.
If you also incorporate a mockup of the logo adding a mock City, State, phone # and web address that would be very helpful.
