Please help! Brookwood needs a new and inspiring brand identity

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
We are a growing Accountancy firm, and have recently expanded our portfolio to include a wide range of additional business services such as Tax, Legal , Investment Advice and other related services.

We are well respected in the local area, but are now expanding beyond Oxfordshire (UK) to cover the South East of England (UK). Following a recent management change, we are looking to update our image, and ensure that we stand out from the “Accountancy” crowd.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
We work with a wide range of clients, from sole traders (builders, beauticians etc), to SME's (small and medium sized enterprises), as well as supporting some larger organisations.

Natural colours - eg greens (for Wealth, Success and Growth), blues (for Knowledge, Trust and Calm) possibly Orange (to reflect business creativity and Brookwood being a stimulated problem solving environment. We are looking for a core and supporting colour pallet, as well as advise on fonts. The logo should sit happily on a white background as well as on a contrasting colour background. The colour palette you provide will be used to inspire the colour scheme in the office as well. Upon completion of this competition, there will likely be other competitions for additional design resources, eg website, window displays etc.

We have taken the time to pull together some additional reference materials, which includes an outline of our company culture, what the organisation stands for, our customers and how our team behaves.

Brookwood is a fast growing company, so it is It important that any brand identity and logo be adaptable and able to support the main company name of Brookwood, as well as its different divisions (eg Legal, Accounting, Tax) or its different geographic regions (Oxford, Kidlington, South East).

“Count on us” is our slogan, however it is only used in certain situations– on our website and most often with a well recognised jingle on local radio ads. The winning Brand Identity would enable us to use the following interchangeably within the design: 1) slogan; 2) Business Division (eg Brookwood Legal); 3) Geographic Division (eg Brookwood Oxford)

The colour palette you provide will be used to inspire the colour scheme in the office as well.
