I would like to keep the font and text of the words " Monterey Construction" and just get a new logo. I also added the Website Logo below that we like the cursive font on and we will use that combination sometimes, but we won't need it all the time.

From the start of the project MLV showed great creative talent and understood our vision for the design better than most. He offered several different design proposals that stood out from the competition and the final version was both good looking and really smart in its design. MLV was also great at taking feedback but also giving his own feedback and thoughts about details we as a client missed ourselves.
All in all a great designer with a lot of creative talent and also easy to work with in the delivery of the final design. Highly recommended! :)
