Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a little company based out out of South Florida Called Intercoastal Financial Group and we need some help on a more modern feeling logo and letter head. In short, we help fellow boaters find boat loans - not very exciting - but we are very good at it and loan over $300 million each year. We help finance $20 million yachts and $20,000 pontoon boats and take pride in our 20+ years of marine experience. However, we also finance an increasing number of RVs. today, we are looking to tell a stronger story with a refreshed brand message to the online boat AND RV loan consumer. Our heritage is in sport fishing and we continue to support the Billfish Foundation hence our marlin logo is one we would like to freshen up. We currently operate a site at http://www.boatloan.com but we have plans to shift to http://www.gointercoastal.com in the coming weeks in an attempt to broaden our brand message.

I like this because it seems to lend itself to small sizing on social medial related views.
• We need a graphic/illustrated icon/logo to accompany an existing type treatment
• Keep the existing typography/letterforms intact
• Make sure the icon works at small sizes on screen
• Present icons with a black version for use on white, and a white version for use on black
