We are a company that is attempting to create a hybrid co-work space and networking organization in one office. All the businesses will be varied but all target the same client/market (those 50 and over). This first piece of marketing we want produced, is to attract the businesses that would join.
Co work spaces are popular for reduced obverhead...but they have no limit to the types of businesses that can join.
Networking organizations are inefficient because there are too many unrelated businesses and meet once a month and only a small percentage of members have similar goals and customers as you. A health care business wastes a lot of time going to these networking meetings if the business beside them at the networking lunch is a construction company that builds patios.
we want to solve these two problems. take the good of the co work space and take out the bad of networking groups....
In one large office, we will have 10 separate offices, co-reception, two boardrooms and all off the services that are offered by co-work space business such as Regus.
However, we want to attract the businesses also based on creating a very select and focused networking concept where members are restricted to only closely aligned industries....we all target the same client and have the ability to share clients and we market this group (what we want you to help us with ) as the overall umbrella company.

We want to highlight the value of joining our organization by outlining the benefits of a co work space such as lower cost office space, utilities included, access to wifi, boardrooms, included reception and highlight our company gives these other businesses the ability to focus on their own business and not managing office overhead and staff. However, what is critical to us is that you the designer highlight the real value is we want to attract select and limited, established businesses and professionals who will see the value in being part of a group that shares the same client. We can plan together, we can market together, we can be creative together with all activities and marketing workign for each member of the group.
So some of the "selling" points will be These would include a professional concierge provided by us "the company" to help coordinate marketing and to educate clients and to do public outreach and marketing...to make sure each client understands the vaklue of each member partner business. weekly marketing and education between all the partners. That each partner will be a s"ales' force for all the other members. We want you to create a feel of excitement about the creative synergies and energy that will come from weekly meetings and the direct integration of all the businesses being able tow work with and pass off clients between one another.
The target of this piece is to help us attract the partner businesses that will end up serving the general public.
The clients that this group fo companies working together will go after is those over 50years of age dealing with life events for themselves and older parents. The types of businesses that will be involved will be private health care for seniors, legal support for wills and estates, retirement and financial planning, senior's real estate and downsizing and end of life funeral planning, etc.
the businesses will be established...not tech start ups.
The clients to follow will be mature
the look and feel of this umbrella company should be classy, clean and sophisticated.
So you can see that once we attract these business through this marketing piece, the clients that we will serve in theory can come into our large office space and be seen by each one of the businesses where we are all closely connected and furthermore each business within, will have their own clientele to share with the other businesses.
We really want to stress in this brand and piece the obvious points that this brand/company will save you money on office and operating expenses BUT that the real benefit and the real draw is that businesses should line up to take the limited seats in each discipline ( we will only allow one professional per industry because we will each bring so many of our existing clients and we all stand to gain so many more clients with very little marketing expense and effort...because we are an in house referral network to each other. We wan to create excitement for these businesses that when they join each one stands to gain a large influx of new clients from the other businesses in house.
Please let us be clear that the brand and the message for this marketing piece much of it will carry over to a second piece that will have to be designed that then explains this concept to the payign conusmer. so with this contest will come a second piece of workj we will contract you to do.
Help us attract the businesses to make this group a viable network of companies...then after make a piece that takes this concept and explains it top the paying customer,.
