On the homepage www.connect-develop.de/site you'll find a "logo". But we are not happy with that. It's more a slogan than a logo. Our target group: High level manager who want a) to find new candidates for the management of his/her company b) to develop their managers in leadership programs and coaching. We combine both becaus in our opinion, when we search for people we also are able to detect specific leadership development needs in the company of our customer On the other hand, when we are in a company and do already leadership programs we know this company in a lot of details. This helps us to know which candidates could fit into the culture ...
