We empower people to move and perform better in sport and in life. We combine the best of CrossFit, Movenat, and Boxing. Our target audience are men and women (60% women) typically from late 20s to late 40s who are interested in fitness and health. We are located in, and serve the comox valley british columbia canada.

By hearts in strong hearts we are thinking more along the lines of a
fighters heart (ie "having tons of heart") as opposed to
cardiovascular fitness. Our key values are Virtuosity (doing the
common uncommonly well), Integrity (both as in well integrated
efficient movement and doing what we say - leading by example), and
Strength (of mind, body and spirit).
We believe in transformational power of physical movement on the body
and mind. I also liked the alchemist distillery and Design Bigger
