Attorney & Law
My name is Georgia Lord and I am establishing my own law firm. My law firm practices primarily family law: divorce, child custody, child support. It seeks potential clients: people who are unhappy in their marriages and are considering filing for divorce, people who are considering bringing an action against their child's other parent to establish or change a custody arrangement or child support, or people who have had such a suit brought against them and are preparing to respond to it. The firm will also reach out to other law firms and offer to provide research and writing services to them.
Other color requirements
I am told that some type of green and/or blue are probably best. I like Midnight Blue (and think it might be dramatic in a good way) and I also like Electric Blue. I have a poor sense of color and would welcome your ideas on what shades would look best in this design (or as accent colors for one or both of these shades of blue).
I would like to convey strength combined with comfort/compassion. One theme of my web site will be that the firm's advice will focus on the horizon, helping clients to move via the most cost effective means possible toward a future that is best for them and their family. Our actions will not be driven by a desire to battle or by ego but instead by a vision of getting the client and his or her family from the difficult place in which they find themselves to a future in which they can be happy. I hope to attract people who are interested in working constructively rather than spending all their money in the battle. I found several images that I like that are used by other groups but I could not figure out how to upload them. One is the logo of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, which I like because it is strong and distinctive. One idea I had was to us a silhouette of the upper body of a woman with her arms crossed -- but I do not know if that will work well. PLEASE NOTE: lots of people seem to be making the "Georgia" in "Georgia Lord Law" very large in comparison to the other words. This is NOT the way I want to go. "Georgia Lord" is a name and both parts of it should be the same size.
