I’m a marketing and sales consultant that works with presidents and vice presidents of sales in startups, small and medium sized businesses selling to other businesses (B2B). My services focus on helping sales and marketing teams drive new leads and communicate effectively with those leads to ultimately close the deal.

What is VO₂? As a former competitive marathoner and Olympic Trials qualifier, VO₂ meant a lot to me when I was training - VO₂ max is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption measured during incremental exercise; that is, exercise of increasing intensity. The name is derived from three abbreviations: "V" for volume, "O₂" for oxygen, and "max" for maximum. The factors affecting VO₂ are often divided into supply and demand. Supply is the transport of oxygen from the lungs to the mitochondria while demand is the rate at which the mitochondria can reduce oxygen in the process of oxidative phosphorylation. Of these, the supply factor is often considered to be the limiting one. What VO₂ means in my business – is that I help sales and marketing teams increase their rate of oxygen consumption through providing them more oxygen, more supply.
