We are a street food inspired exclusive catering business, specialized in smoked and grilled high quality meat. Food is plated like in a fine dining restaurant in medium size servings. Center of our business is a bbq trailer, which was individually designed for us. We set a high value on locally sourced and organic ingredients and put a lot of craftsmanship into everything that leaves our kitchen. We target small to medium sized private and corporate events (10 - 50 guests). Our target group are people who are looking for an exclusive and extraordinary gastronomic experience.
