Whilst doing that he constantly led and coached sizable teams to achieve high performance. As an enthusiastic leader, Martin is constantly looking for improvements and optimisation potential. He is involved as an Enabler in “Startup Netzwerk Bodensee” and, through this platform and with his diverse expertise and experience, he tries to support new, regional companies to move forward.
